About the hands in the pastry bag part, my former company did not provide proper food safety training, so I wasn’t aware of many things, which I do apologize for. Plus, I constantly wash my hands during work so they are much cleaner than you think. Now that I had worked in the kitchen and am working for a bigger company I am more properly trained and certified. Please not assume all hospitality workers are provided proper training.
This was filmed before the pandemic so please stop asking why I am not wearing a mask.
