We’re going to answer that question today as we continue our series for Coffee Roasting 101. Basic knowledge of green coffee beans will help us understand what we like, and even give us clues how to roast this wonderful specialty grade coffee. I realize you might have your own favorite type of specialty coffee you enjoy drinking but some coffees are easier to roast than others. Starting off with a coffee that is easier to roast than others will give us a head start towards success and that is the purpose of this video.
