【How to roast coffee beans (100g in a 16cm saucepan)】
*For medium roast
1. Preheat the saucepan (medium heat)
2. Add the raw beans and repeat the process of “shaking twice and leaving for three seconds”
3. When the “first crack” begins, open and close the lid once every two or three times
4. After the “first crack” is over, repeat the process of “shaking twice and leaving for three seconds” for about one minute
5. Transfer the heat to a mesh tray and let cool
