hi guys,

this video is mainly intended for beginners like me who just got their barista express machine. disclaimer, this is not a latte art tutorial. this is just me sharing what method i used to learn steaming/frothing at home.

sure there’s a lot of tutorial videos out there that you can find, i also watched almost all of them. but one thing i noticed is that, they always say “introduce air until you start to FEEL the pitcher getting warm”… how do i know that? i mean i can’t feel the pitcher by just watching the video, right? so i figured i need to have a visual parameter, and for me it’s the TIME (watch the video so you’ll understand).

i’m not saying that this is the absolute guide. what i’m hoping is that through this video, i can somehow help you figure out how to steam/froth and start from there. ๐Ÿ˜Œ

hope this one helps!

happy pouring!
