Dialing in new coffee beans from Stay Goldman. It was my first time trying India beans, and I loved the taste!
I used a 2:1 ratio of 18 grams of beans to 36 grams of espresso. My goal was to extract that 36 grams in under 30 seconds, and I managed it in just two tries! 💪
Remember to taste every shot when doing this at home. The final result was still a bit fast technically, but the taste was fantastic—and that’s what matters most. 👌
Also, have fun experimenting with different ratios, as every coffee bean behaves a little differently. ☕
