Grinding coffee for every brew method, part 1

For today’s brews, I went course. I made cold brew and French press. Here are the recipes I used and the grinder settings.

French Press:
52g coffee beans
800g hot water
Grind: 9M on the Baratza Vario W+
Pour water, stir and rest 4 minutes with the lid on the top, before pressing. Press slow.

Cold brew with Shelbru
99g very coarse freshly ground coffee
Water to the max line (710g)
Grind: 10V on the Baratza Vario W+
