When it comes to opening a coffee shop, you have to figure out the financials. Will you be funding it all yourself? Or will you go through the banks? I recommend OPM – other people’s money. You’d be surprised how many government and business grants and bursaries there are available in your country and city. You may be able to use that money to fund your whole coffee shop business or part of it.
