Produced by Wilton Benítez at Granja Paraiso 92, this coffee is a pink bourbon varietal which has undergone thermo shock processing, anaerobic yeast fermentation and controlled ecological drying. 
I’ve tried this coffee before and can confirm that the team at Fat Cat Coffee Roasters have roasted this coffee to perfection.
