What is coffee?

Coffee is primarily grown in regions between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn, with Arabica and Robusta being the two main varieties. Arabica is prized for its exciting flavors and aromas, while Robusta is favored for its high yield and pest tolerance. The coffee cherry undergoes several layers before revealing the prized coffee bean. Once harvested, coffee cherries undergo processing steps such as washing, drying, milling, sorting, grading, and roasting, crucial in determining the quality and characteristics of the coffee produced.
