The Singapore National Coffee Championship (SNCC) 2023 has announced the winners of the Santino Singapore National Barista Championship, Singapore National Brewers Cup, Singapore National Latte Art Championship, and the Singapore Cup Tasters Championship.
The SNCC, organised by the Singapore Coffee Association, was held from 26 to 28 September at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, in conjunction with the Speciality Coffee and Tea Asia 2023.
The champions include Courtney Kheng of Glyph Supply Co, who won the Santino Singapore National Barista Championship, the Singapore National Brewers Cup Champion Alistair Seetho of Alchemist, Jervis Tan of Oaks Coffee Co., who won the Singapore National Latte Art Championship, and Singapore Cup Tasters Champion Terence Tan of Tad Coffee.
“I am heartened to see so many talented baristas competing to put their best cup of coffee for our judges, and after the three days of competition, we have found our four Champions that will represent Singapore,” says Victor Mah, President of the Singapore Coffee Association.
SNCC 2023 also secured support from brands such as Barista Attitude sponsored by Bettr, Victoria Arduino sponsored and distributed by Santino Coffee Specialists, Vitasoy International Singapore, Starbucks Coffee Singapore, HARIO distributed by Heap Seng Group, and more.
