The Specialty Coffee Association‘s flagship European trade show, World of Coffee, is heading to Geneva, Switzerland, in 2025 for the first time.

The world’s largest coffee trade organization announced the dates and locations of the event (June 26-28, 2025, at the Palexpo convention center) today, one month ahead of the 2024 World of Coffee event in Copenhagen, Denmark.

In addition to the Geneva event, the SCA is hosting two other World of Coffee shows next year, in Jakarta and Dubai, as well as its annual United States trade show, the Specialty Coffee Expo in Houston.

“Geneva is the perfect host for World of Coffee 2025, offering a vibrant, forward-thinking environment,” SCA CEO Yannis Apostolopoulos said in an announcement of the 2025 event today. “Switzerland’s relationship with coffee began with the grand European coffee houses of the 17th century and continues today with thriving food and beverage, hospitality and technology industries shaping the entire coffee value chain.”

The Geneva show is being supported by returning corporate sponsors, including Austria-based water solutions provider BWT Water+More and espresso equipment brand Barista Attitude, which is part of Italy’s Ryoma Group.
