Plant-based beverage brand Minor Figures will unveil two new products at the Expo West 2025 in California, United States, from 5 to 7 March.

Both set to launch in 2026, the brand will introduce a line of ready-to-pour Oat Lattes and its new Hyper Oat line of functional oat beverages.

The company says the single-origin Oat Lattes are crafted by baristas for a cafe-quality experience to meet the demand for convenient high-quality coffee in a multi-serve format. Hyper Oat is said to be “a first-of-its-kind oat beverage bursting with colour, flavour, and function—designed to fuel a flow state”.

“Minor Figures holds steadfast to pillars of being 100 per cent plant-based and always B Corp,” says Stuart Forsyth, Co-Founder and CEO of Minor Figures.

“We’ve just completed our B Corp renewal, improving our score to 89.9, demonstrating our commitment to verified performance, accountability, and transparency.”

As well as launching the new products, the brand will also reintroduce Barista Oat Organic Lite. The certified-organic milk alternative has 33 per cent fewer calories than Minor Figures Barista Oat Organic. The product will roll out in grocery stores across all 50 states.

Looking to the future, the company says it remains focused on innovation within the plant-based category and is committed to expanding its reach while staying true to its ethos of supporting specialty coffee culture while reducing environmental impact.

Minor Figures was established in London in 2015 and is now available in more than 40 countries.
