Host Milan is just one week away, with over 1800 exhibitors from 50 countries preparing to connect with the global coffee industry.
The expo, which will take place from 13 to 17 October, is dedicated to the world of food service and hospitality, with several coffee brands taking part.
Italian and international exhibitors will meet buyers selected and profiled directly by Fiera Milano from 63 countries, including Canada, the United States, Asia, Central and South America and the Gulf countries.
Exhibitors include Brambati SpA, Allanasons, Cafetto, Cama, Eversys, UNIC, Franke, Cimbali, IMA, Neuhaus Neotec, Probat, Rychiger, Simonelli Group, Vendon and WMF.
Sustainable innovation will be in the spotlight, with the expo’s program including the Smart Label Host Innovation Award, which has seen 157 submissions from around the world.
The Italian Academy of Coffee Masters (AICAF) and the National Association of Coffee Roasters and Importers and Food Wholesalers (ALTOGA) will host a number of events throughout the expo, including Coffee Addition, which will see a roadshow format of challenges for baristas.
HostMilano has increasingly become a knowledge hub that anticipates trends, presents data, and engages visitors in challenges.
