It will be humans versus machines at this year’s Jakarta Coffee Week (Jacoweek) when Expat Roasters introduces what it says is a ground-breaking concept that merges the artistry of human coffee roasting with cutting-edge AI technology.
The Indonesian specialty coffee roastery and café chain will unveil ‘Art Vs Science’, a concept that allows attendees to taste and compare coffee blends that are crafted by both human and AI roasters.
Shae Macnamara, Founder & CEO of Expat Roasters, says he is excited to introduce the concept at Jacoweek.
