Grab-and-go specialty coffee chain abCoffee has opened seven new stores in the Indian city of Bengaluru.

The announcement comes shortly after the inauguration of four outlets across several locations in Mumbai, which brought the coffee chain to its 50th store mark.

“We are thrilled to bring the abCoffee experience to the tech city of Bengaluru with the launch of seven new outlets. Our focus on delivering affordable, specialty coffee in a grab-and-go format has resonated strongly with guests across India,” says abCoffee Founder Abhijeet Anand.

“All abCoffee locations will offer quick, friendly service with an inviting vibe, perfect for grabbing your favourite coffee and savouries on the go. Bengaluru, with its vibrant IT and start-up crowd, provides the perfect backdrop for abCoffee’s model for “to-go” specialty coffee beverages and quick eats enabled by efficient and technology-powered interfaces.”

According to the company, abCoffee’s on-the-go concept and technological approach enables it to cater for a wide demographic of people leading a fast-paced lifestyle. To celebrate the expansion, the chain is offering the first 50 customers at each location unlimited refills of its signature cold coffee and cappuccino beverages.

In its mission to make specialty coffee accessible to a wider audience, consumers can visit the new outlets or order through online delivery platforms Zomato and Swiggy. A pre-order option will also be available for pick-up coffees on the company’s web app.

Over the past year, the brand has continued to expand and has opened stores across Mumbai, Delhi, and National Capital Region (NCR). It attributes its success to its selling proposition, which ensures coffee is served quickly and efficiently using a streamlined workflow system.
