Keurig Dr Pepper Names Patrick Minogue US President of Coffee

Coffee and beverage giant Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has named longtime beverage marketing and sales executive Patrick Minogue as the new head of coffee in the United States.

The appointment of Minogue as President, U.S. Coffee, comes amidst a wave of KDP executive appointments taking effect Nov. 6. The date coincides with the appointment of incoming CEO and current COO Tim Cofer to the Massachusetts- and Texas-based conglomerate’s executive leadership team.

Minogue, who currently serves as senior vice president and general manager of KDP’s coffee division, has been with Keurig for the past eight years.

“Since joining the Company in 2015, Minogue has played a key role in the innovation and growth of the Keurig system, including the successful launch of connected brewers, the strategy and products that are capturing iced and specialty coffee occasions, and the ongoing growth of KDP’s leading e-commerce platforms, including Keurig.com,” the company said in an announcement today.

Prior to joining Keurig, Minogue held executive marketing positions at Bacardi and MillerCoors.

Keurig Dr Pepper was formed with the merger of JAB Holding Company-owned Keurig and Dr Pepper Snapple Group in 2018.
