Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has announced a series of leadership appointments that will take place from 6 November as the company builds its Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

Patrick Minogue, KDP’s current Senior Vice President and General Manager of Coffee, has been promoted to President of US Coffee.

Minogue has played a role in the growth of the Keurig system since joining the company in 2015, including the launch of connected brewers, the strategy and products surrounding iced and specialty coffee, and the growth of KDP’s e-commerce programs.

In his new role, Minogue will further the company’s leadership position in the single-serve coffee category.

Andrew Archambault, who currently serves as the company’s President of Commercial and Beverage Concentrates, has been named as the next President of US Refreshment Beverages.

In his new role, Archambault will lead all aspects of the business segment, including marketing, fountain foodservice, concentrate sales, and the company’s nationwide direct store delivery network.

KDP CFO Sudhanshu Priyadarshi will expand his role to include the position of President, International, with responsibility of KDP Canada as well as Grupo Penafiel in Mexico.

Monique Oxender has been appointed Chief Corporate Affairs Officer after previously operating on an interim basis. Oxender had previously worked as KDP’s Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer.

Mauricio Leyva, who has led KDP’s International businesses as well as US Coffee, will remain as Group President through 31 December before moving into an advisory role.

“This Executive Leadership Team is proven, deeply capable and prepared to set the course for KDP’s continued success, backed by 28,000 team members who know how to win,” says KDP Chairman and CEO Bob Gamgort.

“I’d like to thank Mauricio for his leadership and look forward to his ongoing support as an advisor to the Company.”

As previously announced, Tim Cofer will join the ELT as COO in 6 November, with a planned transition to CEO in the second quarter of 2024.
