Thermoplan to showcase new look at Host Milano

Swiss coffee machine manufacturer Thermoplan will be unveiling a new look at Host Milano, its first appearance at the expo in 10 years.

Thermoplan will focus on a variety of highlights including module and product expansions, module technology, and digital solutions.

The manufacturer will also present an in-house coffee roaster for the first time, which was developed in cooperation with a Swiss food technology start-up.

According to Thermoplan, a new atrium at the stand, which will also serve as a media wall, will give it a unique image at the expo.

The atrium extends across the entire stand and acts as a screen from which trade show highlights and products will be projected.

Thermoplan’s new Black&White4 CTS will be on display, a new steam solution that includes a multifunctional steam wand and has three different functions: the Purge function, which is used to clean the lance, the AutoSteam function for conventional frothing in the pitcher, and AirSteam, which froths the milk fully automatically.

Guests will also be offered an insight into the structure and functionality of the company’s modular system, as well as its telemetry system, ThermoplanConnect.

ThermoplanConnect includes remote access, which means the user has full control of the coffee machine from anywhere. Demonstrations of this technology will be on display throughout the expo.

Another innovation on the stand is the PX module of the Black&White4 neo. With the help of this module, the neo processes milk powder into milk and milk foam. This is how Thermoplan is responding to the increasing demand and increased use of milk powder in the catering sector. Thermoplan says the use of milk powder has several advantages, including longer shelf life, better heat resistance and increased hygiene.

Thermoplan can be found at Host Milano in Hall 18P, Stand B60/C59.
