Coffee : Water = 1 : 15 = 12g : 180ml
• 12g Coffee beans
• Grind medium coarse (Krinder dialed in N1.6 = 14th step)
• Blooming w/ 20ml for 1 min
• 1st pour-over 80ml for 1 min
• 2nd pour-over 80ml for 45 secs
• Use Piston to press out water before total 3 minutes
• Enjoy a single cup of coffee
