Coffee and Tea CAN WORK
I’ve been interested in the idea of mixing tea and coffee. I haven’t had much luck in my own tea lab so I went out to a bubble tea shop to try something that’s already on the market. I found that temperature and tea type might be two important factors to getting closer to what I want.
