Every year, barista hopefuls around the world compete in the World Brewers Cup to be recognized as the best coffee brewer in the world. Each nation holds their own championship that seeks a champion that will represent the country in the world championship.
Eduardo Valle is part of our community and preparing to compete in the 11th Competencia de Brew Bar being held during the annual Expo Cafe in Mexico City from September 5 to 7. Eduardo is a barista represting Muri Muri Cafe and we’re going to see what we can do to help him prepare for the championship. Let’s Get Into It!
