Sydney coffee roaster Will & Co has released a new product in collaboration with local brewery Curly Lewis.
As part of the partnership, the two Bondi brands have produced a limited-edition coffee stout made with Will & Co’s signature coffee blend, Three-Oh-Three.
According to the team, the stout is “easy drinking” and delivers rich flavours with notes of oats, ale, munich, and crystal dark malt, with chocolatey coffee notes courtesy of the specialty blend.
“It’s strong and mighty as a good stout should be, but those who don’t typically favour heavier beers shouldn’t fear the dark side. This coffee stout truly sets itself apart. It’s a slightly lighter style stout, making it more approachable while allowing the characters of the coffee to shine without fighting the beer itself,” says Zac Pauling, Curly Lewis Head Brewer.
The new product is brewed and packaged at Curly Lewis’ brewery in Bondi and is available for a limited time at the Curly Lewis store, online, and at Vintage Cellars across New South Wales.
