The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) has announced that Geneva, Switzerland will host its first World of Coffee trade show in 2025.

World of Coffee Geneva will take place at Palexpo Exhibition and Convention Centre, from 26 to 28 June, 2025. It will run in addition to SCA’s other World of Coffee trade shows, scheduled to take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Jakarta, Indonesia next year.   “Geneva is the perfect host for World of Coffee 2025, offering a vibrant, forward-thinking environment,” says SCA CEO Yannis Apostolopoulos. “Switzerland’s relationship with coffee began with the grand European coffee houses of the 17th century and continues today with thriving food and beverage, hospitality and technology industries shaping the entire coffee value chain.”

According to the SCA, Geneva is the ideal location for hosting its flagship European trade show, being strategically located at the heart of Europe. The city boasts excellent transportation infrastructure, world-class convention facilities and is an international hub with exceptional accessibility for attendees worldwide.

Geneva also has historical ties to the coffee trade, being a key player in the global coffee market with the presence of major trading companies as well as espresso machine manufacturers.

World of Coffee is a coffee value chain all-inclusive event. It is designed to be the coffee professional’s one stop shop for everything they need to succeed in the coffee industry.

A full schedule and program of show features and events will be confirmed and announced over the coming year.
