Traditionally, making Caffé Crema with a lever machine involves extracting the first half of the coffee with the pre-infusion and the second half with the lever at high pressure.
With the Nurri L-Type, now it’s possible to extract the first part with the lever properly and the second half at low pressure and, therefore, extract fewer bitter compounds.
