– The video uses a 14oz pitcher, 6oz cup, whole milk and a double shot espresso
– The steamed milk consistency should be minimally frothed to the point where the milk *nearly* screeches at you.
– Aim for as little microfoam as possible. Check this by using a spoon and pushing the microfoam back to see its height.
