Just got some new coffee beans and since I haven’t done this in while I wanted to show you my new workflow. Also, the picture used as a thumbnail was made by me, unfortunately, I have not recorded the making of it.

Having an on-demand great and easy to do in the morning. On the Ceado E37S I have the SSP 83 mm LAB SWEET burrs and I really like them for espresso. I haven’t had the chance to try them with filter as it’s not as easy as with a single dose grinder to switch between different methods of brewing but I heard that they are great.

The espresso machine is a Lelit Elizabeth (PL92) dual boiler with steam pre-infusion. I enjoy it though the water debit is slower than on the Gaggia as I find it does affect the taste of the espresso. I thought I would make more espresso based drinks every but it seems like I was wrong so having a dual boiler is great for the steam pre-infusion, hot water dispenser and steaming while making espresso but I very rarely do use it like that. Overall, I enjoy it but I’m looking for something more experimental like the Decent DE1 or maybe something like the Lelit Bianca but for the price that I got it, I am more than pleased.

The coffee tastes great. The body is nice and the taste is sweet, definitely has some chocolate notes. I do enjoy drinking it more with milk drinks but I still take a sip of the espresso every time I brew it and enjoy drinking it. I definitely recommend it.

Hope you have a nice day and a nice coffee! See you soon!
