Dalla Corte has announced its return as the official machine sponsor of the Australia’s Richest Barista competition at the 2024 Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE).
The Dalla Corte Icon will feature on the competition stage, a machine designed to help baristas deliver coffee under pressure.

The Dalla Corte Icon is designed for high-volume cafés demanding high quality results in every cup. Featuring precise, independent multi-boilers and energy efficiency, the Icon brings Dalla Corte’s breakthrough technology to baristas in a new design.

According to Dalla Corte, the Icon also champions sustainability and cost-efficiency. Its unique multi-boiler design allows for on-demand energy usage, minimising waste and lowering café running costs. The components, manufacturing, and shipping of the machine are also certified Carbon Neutral.
The competition will take place across each day of the expo, from 12 to 14 May at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Baristas will compete in three intense head-to-head rounds, Barista, Latte Art, and Cup Tasting, that test their overall practical and sensory skills.
