Avery aspect of coffee making is important to us and we spend hours and hours training baristas including our own. As you can see in this video Jimmy is working with our new barista to teach him how to pour latte art.
Jimmy trains many of our cafe partners and their baristas to make sure they are making coffee to our exacting standards. This ensures that they are representing our brand and coffee to the highest possible level and also that there is consistency throughout our coffee network.
