Scooter’s Coffee has promoted Nick Jarecke to Chief Supply Chain Officer.
The company sources its own coffee beans from Harvest Roasting, which is the key differentiator for the coffee franchise.
Jarecke will integrate the roasting, baking, manufacturing and distribution functions from Harvest Roasting to ensure the stability and resilience of the mission-critical supply chain pillar of Scooter’s Coffee.
Jarecke will continue to lead a range of supply chain initiatives, including strategic sourcing, cost management, logistics, new product commercialisation, field execution, and supplier relationships.
Jarecke first joined Scooter’s Coffee in 2019 as the company’s Vice President of Supply Chain. In this role, he helped facilitate the expansion of distribution centres in Omaha, Kansas City, Dallas and Atlanta.
Prior to joining the company, Jarecke previously held leadership positions at companies such as Kellogg’s, Tyson, Nestlé and General Mills.
