Brunetti Classico will launch a new Italian food emporium in Moonee Ponds in November promising old favourites along with new menu selections.
The new site will seat more than 130 customers in a 345 squaremetre space and will include orders for dine-in and takeaway.
Managing Director of Brunetti Classico, Fabio Angele, says the opening of the site is the next phase of the brand’s journey.
“It will offer the experience we’re known for where customers can visit our new location and feel the experience of Italy without paying for the airfare,” he says.
Situated in Penny Lane, the new Italian food emporium means that locals will no longer have to travel to Carlton for their Brunetti experience.
“The hospitality venues have been selected to ensure the destination provides patrons with a convenient lifestyle hub and exceptional experience,” says Fabio.
“We love that it embraces Melbourne’s laneway culture in its design.”
The new licensed venue will be open seven days a week from 7am until late, and cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
“Breakfast will be presented Italian style and how customers love best with a coffee and Danish pastry at the bar,” says Fabio.
It will also offer made-to-order taglieri (Italian cheese and meat platter) as well as new cocktail flavours.
“Perfect for an aperitivo before the movie or after work drinks,” says Fabio.
Individual cakes and gelato, staples of Brunetti Classico’s, will continue to be served at the Penny Lane site.
“Perfect for couples seeking a sweet treat after dinner.”
The main entrance for the venue will be accessed via Puckle Street.
