Campos Coffee
Ephram Sebatiga, our closest friend in Burundi and owner of the Munkaze washing station in Burundi has skilfully delivered an example of a refined natural process coffee that still allows the signature flavours of the Bourbon variety to shine through. Ephram Sebatigita is an iconic figure in Burundian coffee. He perpetuates a family tradition in coffee that started with his grandfather building the first washing station in Burundi in 1938. Ephram now is a consultant, Q Processor and mentor in the industry recognised by his consistent presence in the top 10 finalist positions in Cup of Excellence. Munkaze refers to the name of the river that runs through the valley in which this washing station and farm is located. This is our 5th year buying from Ephram after buying his COE lots both in 2017 and 2018.
